Cupcake Ruffle Tiered Skirt Pattern

Written pattern to crochet any length tiered ruffle skirt. Photos predominantly show a style made with a lace weight yarn, resulting in a slightly sheer fabric, but thicker yarn can be used for a more opaque style.
Pattern is made-to-measure and can be made with any variety of yarn types/weights. Includes mini video demonstrations for certain steps.
